Happy Birthday Paige

Our baby is growing up! A tea party with her new two-year old proof tea set.

After the pumpkin patch till 3, then parent teacher conferences and a quick party we had to move the tea party down to a baseball game for Tyson in Tacoma!

A new fancy dress from Grandma that she promptly insisted on trying on.

A new piggy, pots and pans, color wonder...

A giant cupcake for the birthday girl.

The cupcake concoction I created in about 2 minutes....my excuse, 4th child. Sorry Paige, but some things will be to your advantage being the last...

Nothing says a two-year old party like party hats and noisemaker you blow--do they have a name???

She caught right on to those. Happy Birthday, we love you.

A Trip to the Farm

It was Paige's 2nd birthday, a what a better way to celebrate than at the farm. It was a gorgeous sunny day. We headed down to Maris Farms in Buckley. We went with Tia and her kids and met up with Michelle and many of her friends and their kids. We watched the pig races.

Went down some giant slides

Is that picturesque or what?

The kids loved the 'tractors'.

Of course there was a hayride and a corn maze. And mom's favorite part, free pizza for lunch!

And a cow ride. It was so sunny the kids couldn't pose for a picture.

Plenty to keep us busy all day long.

Kate turns 5, or was that 15 or 50?

Kate is always blurting out something beyond her years. She's a tiny little spitfire. If I don't know something or can't find something, she's the one to ask. If she doesn't know she'll tell you something believable. It's fun to have her around. She's very girly. She loves picking outfits, painting nails, putting on make-up etc. In fact, one day we were talking about what we would do with a million dollars and she immediately stated that she would get a make-over! Don't even know where she heard that term. And what's there to make over? She's darling except for that hair, and not much to cut there!

Cupcakes with the family.

Hair do's and nails for the girls.

All to get ready for a trip to the new McDonalds playland!

After school her new classmate, Leah, joined us for ice cream, what a treat for Kate. And what a difference that headband makes!

Presents with the family including clothes and a baby alive doll, that really does poop on your carpet! Watch out.

Here you can see Paige's clenched fist which means she wants that. She's always showing me pictures in books and clenching her fist because she wants whatever it is, like a toy etc.
Happy Birthday sweetie, we won't forget this one!
