Minute to Win It Party

For Tyson's 11th Birthday we put on a party based on the show Minute to Win it. It was perfect for a big group of boys. We went to the church to have the competition, which included 10 different games. Then we came back and ate and the kids hot tubbed. If you haven't seen the show check it out on NBC, Wed at 7pm.

Tyson got some great presents for his birthday including a sleeping bag, digital camera, wii baseball game, pull up bar, games, etc.

My favorite part of the party was after I had been watched in awe the boys ran in and out of the hot tub with squirt guns and bowls of ice water etc, and Tyson looked at me with a straight face and said "that's what we do."

I'm thinking of doing a Minute to Win It theme for my daughter's birthday party next month. Your blog came up in the Google search results. I would love it if you could email me a list of the ten activities you used for the party. (malindanelson@hotmail.com)
Thanks a ton!

I am having a Minute to Win it party for my son's 13th birthday. What games did you play and how did you do prizes or levels?

I am also wondering what games you played at your son's minute to win it birthday party. How did you keep all the kids interested in one minute games for an entire hour? What kind of prizes did they get for the games? My son's party is next weekend and we haven't come up with any ideas yet. Thanks.
